Due to the nature of the products sold, we ask that you check your order before confirmation, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If you receive an incorrect item or if your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at shepherdsupplies.sg@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. We’ll review the issue promptly and work with you to arrange a suitable resolution, whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or correction of the order.
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please provide your order details and photos of the issue (if applicable) when reaching out. For any exchange or replacement requests, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition.
